Shelter House operates a 24-hour hotline for victims of domestic violence. Certified employees and volunteers staff these lines and provide crisis counseling, safety planning, information, referrals and support to callers so that they will be able to make informed decisions concerning their individual situation.
The domestic violence hotline is there for survivors who are seeking shelter or looking to access any other service that Shelter House provides and referrals to other community services.
The hotline operates 24 hours per day, 7 days per week, 365 days per year.
