Shelter House
Restaurant Tour Opens July 14
AREA – We all appreciate going to a restaurant and having a nice meal, but rarely do we have dinner out and help our community at the same time. Starting July 14th, you will have just such an opportunity when area restaurants donate part of their proceeds from that day to support Shelter House.
“We’re really grateful that so many restaurants are showing their support for Shelter House,” Shelter House Executive Director Jeannette Debs said. “I think it’s a wonderful opportunity for us to obtain some essential funding to support our programs, while the public enjoys lunch or dinner at a wonderful local restaurant.”
The Restaurant Tour will run July 14th through the 31st featuring the following restaurants:

Helen Back (Okaloosa Island) is donating $1.00 for every large and $.50 for every small pizza
sold during the 2 weeks of our Restaurant Tour.
Shelter House is the state-certified domestic violence shelter serving victims of domestic violence in Okaloosa and Walton counties. Services provided include 24-hour hotline, crisis counseling, advocacy, outreach and confidential shelter.
